Terms of Use
Last updated 13 August 2026. House rules for playing Hide and Paint.
The game
Hide and Paint is a multiplayer hide-and-seek game published by SKUZA Software. You get a licence to play it. You do not own the game, Photon, Unity, or any third-party art inside it.
Fair play
Do not cheat, harass other players, or use a display name that is abusive or impersonates someone. We may remove players who do. A room is open to anyone holding its code, so treat the code the way you would treat an address.
Purchases and ads
Any in-app purchases are sold by Google or Apple, and refunds follow that store. Ads, if shown, come from a third-party network. Virtual items have no cash value outside the game.
Online service
Matches need a network connection and Photon’s servers. Services go down. We are not liable for lost progress, missed matches or store outages.
Third-party licences
Some models in the game require credit — the Sketchfab museum pedestals and the Poly by Google stop sign. Others are CC0, from Kenney, Poly Haven and others. They are all listed on the Credits page. You may not extract assets from the game and resell them, except where that asset’s own licence already allows it.
Disclaimer
The game is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties and limit liability to the amount you paid us in the last twelve months, or to zero if you paid nothing.
